Learning the fundamentals of weight training & cardio. These workouts will incorporate progressive overload techniques to insure progress is made over time. You will learn proper warmup, exercise order, rest & recovery.

Change the way you used to think about yourself, your body and health. Work to see not only physical progress, but mental progress too. We will work on mindset strategies together to get you ready to crush your goals!

We will work to increase your confidence and self love in yourself. You will learn to love the process of this journey. Once you focus on bettering yourself, you can start showing up better in all the other areas of your life.

Proper Nutrition

You will learn about both macronutrients & micronutrients, and how to use them to get you to your fitness goals. Learn how to keep your body full, satisfied & give it the energy it needs stress free.

Journaling 

Journaling is an important part of anyones fitness & health journey. In order to find what foods you might be sensitive to, keep track of where you are mentally and keep yourself motivated journaling will help. No one will see it, but you. I am here to help with journal prompts & ideas.

Sustainability 

You will learn how to eat in a way that is balanced and sustainable long term. We will cover how to take care of your health for the long run so you never again end up in the yoyo diet cycles.
