Helping women all around the world find freedom with food & fitness through a healthy balanced lifestyle that is sustainable long term.

My Story

Once I shifted my mindset & changed from a diet focused, restrictive lifestyle to a healthy, balanced lifestyle - I saw major changes in my body. But it all had to start with my mind and healing my relationship with food.

YOU CAN DO IT TOO! 

I was born in Jacksonville, Florida. Growing up I was an active kid playing sports and always outside. Once I got to high school I became less involved with sports and I found that my body was changing. I could no longer eat a ton of food and still look super fit. My metabolism changed but my hunger did not. I felt lost not knowing what to eat, when to eat and how much to eat. I lacked the knowledge on how to establish a healthy lifestyle for myself and as a result, spiraled into an unhealthy lifestyle. 

Starting college I found myself in a cycle of following restrictive diets, becoming uncontrollably hungry & binge eating everything in site. I remember doing random cardio workouts I found on youtube that were doing nothing but overly exhausting me each day. I experienced it all: food guilt, lack of confidence, horrible bloating, soooo much hunger and low energy levels. It was all a vicious cycle that I was desperate to get out of. 

Luckily, I discovered weight lifting and it completely changed my life.

I started learning how to train properly and fuel my body so I could make progress with my workouts. I stoped following fad diets and instead ate nutritious food without restricting certain foods. I changed my degree to exercise science, so I could continue learning about health & fitness. I started implementing what I learned into my own life and I was able to heal my metabolism, fix my constant hunger, gain lean muscle, keep my energy levels stable throughout the day, increase confidence in myself and transform my entire life. 

I realized I could help a lot of people recover from the same issues I once struggled with and guide them down the path to a healthier more happier life. I followed my heart & I became a Certified Exercise Physiologist (ACSM) & Personal Trainer. I started working with people as a trainer for three years. I worked at a large gym in Lynchburg, VA and I was able to help hundreds of individuals (both online & in person) live balanced healthy lifestyles.  

Fast forward to today, I have created my own online fitness company so I can continue to educate, motivate, support and inspire others to become their best self. My goal is to reach as many women as possible and guide them down the path to finding freedom in food, fitness and health!

You can eat normal foods like everyone else and still get the results you want!

 

I get that fad diets might work for some people short term but the problem is they are not sustainable long term. If you want long-lasting results and true success with your nutrition, it's vital that you include foods you enjoy and make sure you are eating enough. It's important to eat a variety of foods each day so you can get all the proper nutrients, vitamins and minerals your body needs. Eating should be enjoyable and stress free! I believe that along your fitness journey It's best to practice balanced eating so you can live a long healthy & happy lifestyle.
