My name is Madison Ordway, I am a Certified  Exercise Physiologist & Personal Trainer on a mission to empower women through health & fitness.

How? By Giving them the tools to create a balanced sustainable lifestyle without restrictive diets.

 

I guide women down the path of healing their relationship with food, the body & mind. Educating them on becoming stronger physically & mentally. I will give you the support, guidance and accountability you need to reach your goals!

Within the first few weeks of starting my workout program Madi made for me, I started seeing the progress pour in. I lost several pounds of  body fat over the 12 weeks of the program.
